This week I made two separate dishes from Quinoa one of which is pictured below the other one you had for a breakfast post the other day. As I love cooking and sharing, I saved a small portion for my roomie. Not only did this wow the flip flops off of me but my roommate was just as amazed. I believe she said "OMG, OMG, you have to make this again!".
Squeeze a little lime, and add a side or two of your favorite veggies...huge plate of vegan goodness
